Headphones

The Company understands that music listening preferences vary widely and as such recognizes the appeal of headphones for personal listening. Headphones are permitted during company time for the sole purpose of listing to audio content and not permitted for two-way communication, as with cellular headsets, unless permitted by an officer of the Company.

Use of headphones is permitted so long as they do not interfere with work production and volume of headphones is maintained at a level as to not disturb fellow employees. If work production starts to decline because of not hearing others communicate, phone calls not answered in a timely manner or other employees complaining about volume levels, may result in a warning from the company and/or temporarily being banned from headphone use. Repetitive violation of this privilege can result in the permanent banning of headphone use, at the discretion of a Company officer.
